Hello, i have a rather old piano, and well the lowest Bb key is slightly lower then the rest of the accidental keys. i was wondering of you guys knew what could be wrong. Also two of the other keys stay sustained at all times whether i'm using the sustain peddle or not. any suggestions? your help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like moths or other problems with the felt. It may not be worth fixing, but you will have to decide whether it is or not.

It sounds like the key height is off and the key needs some punchings to raise the key height. These punchings go on the balance pin which is located in the middle of the key. Sharps or accidentials as you call them should be about 1/2 " above the white keys at rest. The other problem you are having is due to the damper felts not being completely on the strings. The felts could be worn, torn, dryed out etc . They also may be misaligned or need adjustments such as bending of the damper wire to get htme to damp properly. You should have a tech come who can fix the problems and help you decide if it is worth sinking money into the piano.
