A#2 - G#2 tuning problem

Dear friends!
While I was tuning Petrof upright piano there is a problem with notes a#2 and g#2. When this notes were well tuned with TuneLab 2.0 (first and second wire) I can hear a difference between wires (false beat). I need your opinion on this problem.

A# 2 and G# 2: are they wire or wound bicords? On many pianos, there are one or several bicords where the unisons don't match up so well.

It sounds as if the hammer isn't hitting the strings at the same time, obviously a bichord, block the hammer to the strings and mate the hammer or level the strings.
