Does anyone have any experience in chamber music for flute, cello, and piano. I am in a university chamber ensemble of this instrumentation and we are continuing to play together for next year, but we are searching for some good music. We are performing the Martinu and Rorem trios in a week. We have considered for next year, Weber Trio, Farrenc Trio, Damase Grand Sonata, any other pieces we don't know? Thanks

I have played a trio for piano, violin and cello by Louise Farrenc. It's a nice piece, worth performing. I don't know whether there is also a trio for flute, cello & piano, but the in the piece I'm thinking of a flute could take the fiddle part easily enough, since, as I recall, there is almost no chordal writing in the fiddle part.
I went to high school in Kalamazoo, by the way.
