Filling in the blanks...

2. Six, two of which survived.

4. In an "unmarked grave", which was not due to his social standing, but was due to a decree by the emporor that all people were to be buried without ceremony in unmarked graves. This was a highly unpopular decree and was overturned after about a year. Unfortunately, nobody knew where Mozart was layed to rest by that time.

7. The middle movement of it was used in the sound track of a movie of the same name.
