Here you can find a downloadable free sheetmusic site. I don't think it's bad for me to mention this, as the music contained is public domain. Not only does it have organ music, but some piano music, some chamber music, and some orchestral music as well.

The Werner Icking Music Archive (can be found here ) is another free music site, but I don't know if it has organ music or not. This is where I found Bach's Sonatas & Partitas for violin (to follow along with the recording I have, not to play from; I'm a rather bad violinist ).
