hello,

i just unearthed some old digital performer files that i created with a kurzweil 2000. i now have a yamaha P250, and when i try to play back the sequences, the patches are all messed up. is there any way i can easily figure out which instruments i originally had assigned to each track? is there a list somewhere of which patch # = which instrument on the K2000?

thanks!

You may be able to "remap" the patches for the P250 if you have librarian software with the appropriate patch lists. But depending on the complexity of the sequences, it might just be easier to do it manually. It shouldn't be too hard to figure out what you had originally programmed, right?
