4. >>>(advice by Signa)
"Since acoustic piano's action is weighted, anyone starts learning piano will be better off to go straight to weighted key action. It's totally wasting of time for your kids to get used to non-weight action and later on switch to weighted, because the 2 actions are totally different. if your kids want to play piano, then they should be trained from the start with the piano action, not no-weight keyboard action. The best advice i could give you is to stick to weighted action from the begining, which will be good for developing good piano techniques. besides, any little kid will have enough strength to play on a real piano, and therefore weighted keys are not a problem for kids."
