I am considering a digital Grand for the family Different dealers are recommending the Roland KR111 the Yamaha CPL175 or the Kawai CP185 but it may be out of our price range The Roland seems low on power which should I consider and why.

Can you (or anyone else) please educate me as, beside taking up more space, what a digital grand has that a digital upright doesn't.

One of the advantages of digital pianos is the ease of moving around if needed. Does a digital grand defeat this purpose?

I'm not challenging anyone. I'm just curious.

Personally we are not looking for something portable but want the flexibility of a digital the rest is just down to style.
