such as harp guitar, strings or super leads?

heres some examples i'm trying to show
I've heard that synths are differnt then the piano... so i assume you play a synth like a organ? or does it depend on the sound?

Depends on the sound really. Jordan there is trying to simulate an orchestra. You can do a very convincing simulation of a nylon string guitar as well, but you obviously have to play a bit differently. Scale runs and arpeggios should be fine. You're probably not going to be using the sustain pedal nearly as much.
