Hi guys I'm just looking for an opinon from somebody who's played on both these two digitals

YDP151 is EU version of YDP223 here in US, and the new YDP160 should replace them all in less than 2 months. you might want to wait a little bit.

the actions on both are the same, GH, like on mine. but i did play on P140 for a while at the store.

i think YDP160 is worth waiting for, since it's an improved model and it's almost here...

YDP151 is the EU version of the YDP323 not the 223.
ALmost the same but 223 has controls for the features on the "dash" so to speak and 4 more voices to play with.
You would need to memorize the manual to use all the settings on the 323 :rolleyes: but just a push of a button in plain sight on the 223.

I've just been looking to see where my 223 compares in the CLP line. Looks to me that the CLP220 is the 323 and the CLP230 is almost like the 223. Other than a much nicer cabinet and GHE compared to GH3 on the CLP230.
Definitely a lot of overlaps between the YDP, CLP and CVP.

I've played both and own one. I can't distinguish between the feel, I think they're both GHE. The sound on both is marginal. Unless you wear headphones all the time you'll want to either run it through your stereo for free, or buy an amp or software. The 151 is nice in having 3 pedals, particularly if you are experienced and need them right off the bat. IMO it comes down to the choice between a cabinet and no cabinet.
