I have today finally updated my webpage about modelled digital pianos: http://www.af.lu.se/~fogwall/piano.html I have restructured the webpage completely, now focusing on the most interesting pianos of today such as GEM RealPiano, GEM ProMega, Wizoo The Grand, PMI The Old Lay, Sampletekk Black Grand, Kawai CA-7... Let me know what you think.

It's great that you're trying to create a resource for those interested in digital pianos. Might I suggest a better explanation of acoustic modeling? It really has very little to do with "sampling", which your page seems to suggest.

Frank & Steve: Thanks for the input! Steve: Yes, I will consider including more in-depth information about acoustic modelling in a future update. One possible problem here might be that some of the developers consider their solutions as secrets. BTW, my page does not suggest that acoustic modelling is achieved through sampling. Perhaps this should have been more clear.

From Fogwall's site: Modelled digital pianos are not only ordinary digital pianos with sampled piano sounds. They also can imitate the behaviour of a real piano, such as the interaction of pedals and strings. Sounds like you're saying that keyboards that utilize modeling also use sampling which is not necessarily true. My suggestion for your site is that you include a simple definition of acoustic modeling and how it differs from sampling technology.

OK, thanks. I changed this description a bit. If you are not satisfied with it please email me and we can continue a discussion in more detail.
BTW, I will update the webpage soon as I received more interesting last-minute information.

...and now it's done...
Added Oberheim's MiniGrand to the comparison test and some information about Viscount's piano models. I also adjusted my gradings in test 2 in the comparison as it was not right.
