Hi,

I posted under this forum awhile back asking for advice, but due to logistics and financial issues I had to give up on getting a DP.

HOWEVER! A recent graduation gift (and a new room-mate) fixed both problems, so I'm planning on going to a piano dealership this weekend.

I am wondering if anyone knows the real difference in sound and feel of the Kawai CN 21/31 and CE200s.

I have no experience with digital pianos and I just want something as close to an acoustic as possible. I don't really care about effects and gadgets (in fact, those usually confuse me).

I like the sound of the Kawai from their demo... For a good digital piano, I am willing to do monthly payments... that is, if the CE200 is significantly better than the CN21/31, I may just bite the bullet and charge it.

Any help and comments are greatly appreciated!

ps. My budget is around 1000 cash or ~1500 (credit card limit ).
