It's about 3 years old, and there haven't been any real problems until one of the keys broke. It's the E above middle C, and doesn't react properly. It won't rise quickly enough after I play it. I've seen keys get stuck like this on acoustic pianos, but not electric...

Call Yamaha customer service or Technical support, they'll be able to help you.

you can even order a key from Yamaha and install it yourself.

If you are the original owner, the problem may be covered by Yamaha's warranty on Clavinovas - I believe it's 5 years in the U.S.
