Did you load the Casio driver? What is your setup?

+1 to guest1013 advice if you're using the USB-MIDI connectivity option of the Casio keyboard.

In addition, if you're using the conventional MIDI-IN/OUT ports make sure that:

> MIDI IN (of Casio keyboard) is connected to the MIDI OUT of the soundcard/audiocard.

> MIDI OUT (of Casio keyboard) is connected to the MIDI IN of the soundcard/audiocard.

> Again, IN connects to OUT
> And, OUT connects to IN

If you're using a MIDI to USB converter box/device, there was a post by "Steve T" a while back regarding his M-AUDIO USB-to-MIDI device, if you own the same device, check out that thread here:

Casio USB MIDI connection

If you're still having problems, try checking out the MIDI DEVICES setting in your AUDIO-MIDI software. Check the MIDI-IN device if you have selected the proper device for MIDI input.
