This is insane!
They are the only Yamaha dealers in Israel, so they take advantage . For that money I could have as well flown specially to the states and bought it there.
There is no reason for this wild high price. Sales taxes are only %15.5 here, and there are no customs over $1000. It is actually cheaper to order it from abroad (you are taxed on the shipping price too :rolleyes: ), only you might have a problem getting service if anything goes rong.

Connected to a pair of Samson Rubicon amplified monitors. Great sound. However, seller's home was noisy ( tv. kids,etc) and I didn't hear keyboard mechanical noise until home, in a quiet environment. Looks like the felt/foam pad under the hammers weights has dried out, so many keys make a clunky noise when released. Sent Roland an email, I do NOT expect a reply from them.....If someone knows the solution, feel free to advise.
