Which Digital Piano suits my needs

Hi, I am looking for some recommendations for a digital piano given my budget and needs.
I was using a Roland RD600, but I now live in another country and given it's age I decided the shipping costs were not worth it. So I have sold it to my father. So have some cash in order to buy a new one. Obviously I am not going to be able to afford the latest equivalent of the Roland so given the following what would you all recommend:
Budget: $600-$800
Action: I want fully weighted.
Usage: Mainly at home, but I will sometimes take it down to down to the local open mic night for a jam, so a fixed stand piano won't do. It needs to be fairly portable.
Speakers are not necessary, I am prepared to buy an amp if necessary and I have some high end cans. If it does come with speakers that's cool.
Voices: Of course a good piano sound is the most important, but I do want other sounds especially a good Hammond Organ type sound and a good electric piano sound.
I live in Korea and most popular brands and models are available here.
Thanks Matt

Thanks for the helpful reply. Unfortunately it seems what might be a $1000 in the states gets converted to to $2400 here (here being Korea)!
I think to make the job easier is to do some research on what I can get here for my budget and post up a list of brands and models.

OK here a few models that seem to fall into my price bracket. Any observations are welcome

I have a new one to add to the list and am actually leaning toward it more than any of the above
The Korg SP250
I've read some of the reviews on here and other sites. To me the pros seem to be it's action and the cons differ depending on the reviews- From noisy keys to disappointing piano sound.
What's other peoples general views on it?
I am also considering the Kurzweil SP88X, however it seems a little weighty for my needs.
