Hey everybody,

I bought this keyboard off of ebay last week (my first keyboard!) and I was wondering what you think of it..

I'm BARELY beginning to learn piano, and have only had about 2 lessons so far.

Is it pretty good for a beginner?

I have a Casio WK 1630, about a year old. All in all I find it to be quite satisfactory for practicing, quiet playing etc. Also, although the 1630 is on the low end of digitals, I think (as does my piano teacher) that the piano voice is quite acceptable. I do not have experience with the higher end digitals and know my 1630 would not match up well with the quality and features found in higher end, newer digitals--which I someday hope to own. Still, I would not sell it short and feel it has been an asset in my "piano" adventure. My biggest concern would be that, from the picture, the keyboard (number of keys) seems quite limited--even more so than my 1630 (76). Depending on your future musical intentions and aspirations, it may work well for you--at least in the short run. Good luck.
