Hello,

Can anyone help me determine a fair price for my Yamaha Clavinova CVP-103? I bought in new for my daughters 4 years ago. Unfortunately neither one of them plays anymore. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
John

YOu probably paid in the vacinity of $3000-$3500 for it brand new. . .

Digitals CAN be tough to sell, but I imagine the Chicago area would allow you to sell easily.

I have seen this sell for about half of the original purchase price. Good luck!

Thanks for the reply.
You are correct! Paid $3,000.00 in 2001. By the way, I noticed Yamaha doesn't make this model digital piano anymore. What model did they replace it with?

Thanks again

Well, I believe it has been updated 3 times now since.

They went from the CVP100 series to the CVP200 series with odd numbers, 1,2,5,7 ie cvp201), then onto the CVP20O series with even numbers, 2,4,6,8 ie CVP202), and currently on the CVP300 series, which JUST came out.

Arrangement of the buttons, the cabinet, the action, the voices, the rhythms, etc etc have all been improved.

If you cannot find a buyer locally, try ebay!
