Hello,

I have a keyboard where I've created some music. I want to transfer that to my PC in mp3 format. Can anyone tell me a product that could do this? Thanks.

Connect your keyboard's line-out or phones-out with a cable to the computer's line-in or mic-in (whichever sounds best).

Then record the sound with Audacity and save it to MP3. Pretty easy and it doesn't cost a thing (maybe just the audio cable in case you don't have it).

mahlzeit's suggestion is perfect.

If you have to use the headphone jack, make sure the volume is almost all the way down. Otherwise, you'll get distortion and possibly damage the sound card.

Audacity is awesome! Installing the LAME driver so you can convert the audio to MP3 is a bit tricky, but there are instructions on the Audacity download page.

It's just an audio cable that you can pick up at any Radio Shack or other stereo store. The only tricky part is the connectors. You need one end to match the output of your keyboard and the other to match the input of your computer.

If they don't have cables taht already match, then you may need to buy adapters.
