im looking at digital pianos and keyboards and am having a hard time finding one without short shrill sounds in the octave starting 2 C's above middle C. I have tried Rolands (my overall favorite) yamaha, cassio. does anyone know of one with good sustain and tone in this part of the keyboard? Thanks for any help!

The only one I know is Roland synth with SRX2 complete piano expansion board. Original piano which were sampled seem to be a 9' concert grand with very rich tone at octave 6 and 7. The rest of digital pianos are not that great at these octaves.

thanks DKPCOLA!! looked into the synth. quite expensive. i ended up with a roland mp-60. with its various controls i am able to get a much better sound in the high trebles with enough of a sound of sustain to satisfy me. my grado earphones make a big difference too.
