Ok. I have a clavinova clp170.
Does anyone know how to open the section containing the keyboard in order to replace felt and rubber strips?

If there's a thread I missed on this topic please let me know.

I undid the screws all alongthe bottom front of the keybed and managed to loosen the keybed but I have no idea how to proceed from here.

thanks all!

see if you can move the keyboard portion from its stand first. if you can't, then you might missed some screws. once you seperate keyboard from the stand, then check bottom side of keyboard to see if you need to unscrew anything.

OK.
I assume you mean to remove the WHOLE top portion of the piano (the keyboard and box full of electronics) from it's base (which contains speakers). Then to separate the keybed from the electronics/back portion?
