Hello all I have been shopping online for a Yamaha P80 and the best price I could find was $899, but then today I saw that Yamaha P60 has just come out at $750 .

Does anybody know anything about the P60? It being so new I can't find any reviews online about it. The main features I need are good action and price. I like the price of the P60 but I don't want to sacrifice quality. Thanks for your help!

Hi:

I just bought the P-60. I was really impressed by the sound and action given the price. The p-60's action is a bit lighter than the P-80 but has the graded hammer action just like the p-80. The speakers are deceiving in that you sound quality and loudness is better and louder than you would expect given the size of the speakers. I actually like the look of the P-60 better than that of the p-80 as well. Hope that helps.

Felix.
