Hello to all...new here...and have some questions.

I have a Yamaha Digital Piano P-200. It is an incredible instrument and feels great to play....graded hammer feel, etc.

I have noticed a hissing however when playing very loudly. It is nothing physically vibrating. I was told by the dealer that it is "digital hiss" from the samples when they recorded the piano sounds and that all digital piano have it to some extent. He said there is nothing I can do about it. When I checked another P-200 at a local dealer, it had it as well, so I know mine is not a dud piano.

I have tried to alter EQ settings, but nothing seems to help.

Except for getting an acoustic grand, can anyone offer suggestions?

Thanks.

Oh Yeah....the hissing is only on the acoustic piano voices when played loudly.
