Casio AP-21 for $450 - Good Deal?

Craig's List has a Casio AP-21 that's "virtually unused". Is this a good buy for $450 (assuming it's really in such good condition)? I've heard they went for ~$1200 back in 1999, but that means the keyboard is almost 10 years old. Thanks!

$450 is way too much. For example, you can get a brand new Casio PX-700 with full warranty and better overall specs for $500 at some discounters. The AP-21-- provided it's in perfect condition and has weighted keys and an integral stand with built-in pedals--is worth only about half of the asking price, no matter what it sold for new.

I currently have the Casio Ap-21. however the Main PCB board needs to be replaced. And that alone costs $500 from Casio Parts Direct. So if the one off Craig's list burns like mine did 1 day ago, you will be stuck with a dead unit.
