Anyone out there playing the new Roland KR117M digital grand? If so, would appreciate any comments, positive or negative as well as ballpark prices paid in US $$ if possible. Thanks in advance! DWL SXPR 15

From what I can gather online this appears to be very expensive, around $30,000, rather surprising because there is already and expensive Roland player grand in the $15,000 price range. The reason for the high price is apparently because you put any MP3 file or CD into it--not only the special Roland player piano CD's-- and it's computer will translate the music into a piano rendition, no matter what kind of music it was. That kind of keyboard magic might be worth the price.

Gyro Thanks for the reply. That's what I'm hearing in terms of price etc. There is the RG7 with less whistles and bells which would be fine with me, as I play mostly classical music, but the 280 watts of power on the 117 would be nice. Thanks for your time.
