joangolfing 500 Post Club Member Registered: 12/11/06 Posts: 621 Loc: Iowa	I just restored my HP laptop with a reformat and reinstall of WinXp and then installed Akoustik piano again. I have the main program and registration for that finished. I was able to apply the 112 update but then can't activate it with the Service Center. I posted here because I knew the NI forum has limited responses. I could find Akoustik advocates here.

The solution was to uncheck Akoustik Piano inside the Service Center and then replace the check mark and proceed to re-register. Still a complicated process, I was just lucky enough to try one more time.
