I'm thinking of just the same question. Have the P80, but want to upgrade myself (the p80 suck, believe me) :-) I played the P120 yesterday in a store and also compared it with Roland FP-3. In fact I thought the FP-3 was a better instrument.

It might help us understand your need better if you could provide more information on what/how you intend to use your keyboard. . .
If it is for personal enjoyment or serious stage work. . . ?
Good luck!!

If you want something all in one, you're going to want the P120. It becomes a big hassle when you have to wire your P80 through your computer speakers or home theatre system & although you can plug in headphones with the P80, you're going to want to show off sometimes Good luck to ya!
