#698518 - 05/30/08 10:22 PM Help w/Fatar ST-900 & Kurzweil MicroPiano Needed

I recently acquired a Fatar Studio 900 keyboard controller and Kurzweil MicroPiano. The controller and source seem to be communicating with each other (an LED on the MicroPiano blinks whenever I press a key), however, I can't get that sound into my headphones (AKG K 240s). Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? The headphones are plugged into one of two audio outs on the MicroPiano (left/mono as opposed to right).

Thanks.

If memory serves (been a while since I've seen a MicroPiano module), it only has unbalanced 1/4" outputs - which are NOT headphone outputs. These are intended to be connected to a high impedance input on a mixer, keyboard amp, or similar.

I'm betting if you used a standard instrument cable to connect the module to a guitar or keyboard amp, then used the headphone out of the amplifier, you'd hear it fine.
