OP Arrow Junior Member A Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 1 Dover, NH	Our middle school iis going to buy a new digital piano to be used in a school environment. We are also buying a studio model but for this discussion we are comparing 2 digital models. What are the advantages / disadvantages of the Yamaha CVP-208 and Kawai CP-155. Which would be better in a middle school situation? Durability, versitility, volume etc?

If its an auditorium you should be able to hook either into the main PA system and the volume it puts out via its onboard speakers are negligible. If it's a classroom situation, what size of classroom. Just looking at the spec sheets, in a side by side comparison, they look fairly comparable. That would leave "sound" and "action" as the primary deciding points.
