Give us an idea of your budget and whether it needs to look like a piece of furniture or just a keyboard. Then we can provide better suggestions. jim

Check out the Yamaha P-80. Has pianos, organs, harpsichord, strings sounds. Weighted keys feel like a "real" piano. Can be had for $899 or less. A stand will and bench will cost $50-110. Then buy a subwoofer/satellite powered speaker system (like used for a computer) for $50. You'll be set.

I agree with the P80. Try musician's friend online site or a Guitar Center if there's one near you. The P80 is a really decent sub-1000 piano!

Check out ebay Canada. There are some liquidation, banckruptcy dealers advertising 88 key keyboards. Remember the price in Canada will be more than in the U.S. I priced a P80 for $1200 plus tax in November.

You live in Toronto, Yamaha Canada headquarters. There are something like 5 Yamaha Distributers in your area that are all harshly competitive. I bet you can find an excellent deal on a Yamaha P80 in your neighborhood. Sounds like you're set!
