I have an opportunity to purchase a Baldwin EP-10 digital piano at a good price for my daughter at college and wondered if anyone knew anything about them. I can't find any information on this particular model on the web.

At one point I think Baldwin was private-labeling GeneralMusic keyboards. Take a look at:

and see if the one you're looking at resembles any of their line. Many people like the piano sounds of GeneralMusic keyboards.

If you're looking at new digital pianos, don't even consider a Baldwin. They all date from the pre-bankruptcy days, and as such are dated technology. The most recent model was designed in late-2000. Would you buy a three year old computer that was sitting on the showroom floor?

They also lack manufacturer warranty protection.
