I am guessing that these all share pretty much the same action and therefore weight. I have just changed from using the medium touch setting on my PF500 to the light. Its instantly better-nicer tone, easier trills, less tendinitis and I can play for longer. I have small hands (am small in general) and a past history of computer related tendinitis.
I have played (Yamaha acoustic) for decades-intermediate level, so its not beginner learning curve. Interested in hearing where other people alter touch sensitivity and why.

The Yamaha P250, P120 and P90 all have actions with a down-weight of 74 grams at middle C. That can be considered very heavy. If you have tendonitis it could be a problem. I consider the Yamaha actions to be more stressful to play than most real acoustic Yamaha piano actions.
