Bach Chorales/Preludes

My piano teacher was playing me chorales, (she teaches me harmony) and in this book it was organized by season, and on the left was the chorale (in a hymn setting) and on the right was the Chorale prelude. Does anybody have any clue what book(s) these are?

The chorale prelude is from the Orgelbuchlein (German for Organ Book), and the Chorales are from the organized collection of Bach's harmonized hymns.

Apart from the Orgelbüchlein, chorale preludes also appear in other collections, such as the famous Schübler Chorales, the 3rd part of the Clavierübung and various others. Hard to say where it comes from without knowing the name of the chorale in question (or its BWV number).
