I'm not sure if I've found the right number for the serial # or not. I found #403 of 14440.
I'm trying to get an idea of the age. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Horace Waters & Son started business in 1856 with serial number 20001. Became Horace Waters & Co. in 1886 when their serial numbers would have been about 40000. They remained in business until 1925 or so, but were probably making only pianos, not organs anymore by that time.
I don't know about their organs, their pianos have a dreadful reputation.
