Cool! I volunteer; I will go sign up a new handle and get your all to guess my secret...... oh, wait, I've given you too much of a hint here already, it doesn't really work that way...... laugh

Jack Frost, I have read only a few of your posts, but I enjoy reading and respect many of your intelligent, level-headed arguments. Too bad I won't get to meet you in Haverhill. Do stick around. laugh

But you will get to meet my lovely wife. (And she does not always breathe fire.)

ok, i'm only on page nine, and haven't caught up to the rest of the pages yet, but i think i know the surprise.

jack frost's profile is history because the circumstances of his life have changed: he's been dating someone he met on piano world and they're either living together or getting married. and the big surprise is that piano world is going to have its first wedding!

ok, now i'll keep reading and try to catch up and see if i was right.

Not at all, she is merely passionate. One cannot change the world without being so. [Mis]quoting George Bernard Shaw: "... all progress depends on the unreasonable [wo]man." Fire breathers have their functions in history. laugh

I was thinking the same thing! We could do it conjunction with the Piano World Cruise.

I come aboard the ship and I no doubt will be murdered in the first 15 mins. Who will the murderer be? The sweet grandmotherly Ariel, the urbane and well dressed Chickgrand, the cute but jealous apple, the witty and sophisticated pique, the rollyeyed Matt G...

The possibilities are endless! laugh

JF.... pleased to meet you! I think someday it might be "in person." I look fwd to meeting KathyK in Haverhill on 5/10.

I was hoping to have my husband join me for the tour as he has always taken an interest in my piano and was so helpful to me during my piano search last spring. When I first signed onto PW and entered the "coffeeroom" I thought my husband had already found this forum ahead of me.... I thought he was "gryphon"!!!

I awoke at 3:30AM to read who JF is!! I think my family/friends are starting to be concerned about my mental health!! I

I am awaiting my sister's arrival from the Cape who will be here momentarily. I am babysitting her 2 labs (my poor cats don't know what they are in for this wknd) while her (& SO) head up to Bethel on another house search. My brother moved to Bridgton last year. Hmmm.. oh well, one at a time, I guess.

Jodi, does that mean you'll see THIS post soon so I can change it back? (be sort of like an EM (Early Message) instead of PM (Personal Message)

BTW, I think I mentioned that KathyK was attending the MH tour with a "+1" although that doesn't really PROOVE I knew the TtWT&NBtT.

Bob!

You've...molted!, or de-furred!, or something!

Who would have guessed that under all that lovable blue fur, was...jodi? smile

OK, it's now almost 4am, I've just spent an hour trying to figure out Johnnies riddle, and it is hopeless. I'm going back to bed. You'd better be big blue and fuzzy when I wake up, Bobster. (actually, judging by how I feel now, I'm going to be the big blue fuzzy one tomorrow...er..today...)

Jodi, I thought you were going to go to BED. You're having trouble seeing things, it seems. You probably just need sleep, though.
