How's the quitting smoking going? How long has it been? You deserve all the ice cream you want for quitting smoking. IMHO.

Thanks for asking! It's going well since my little slip back a couple months ago.
How's your mom and dad?

I'm glad it's going well. I quit in January but almost slipped with what went on with my folks. Fortunately, (for me that is) I didn't have the time while they were here to go out and by any! Anyhow, they are much better and starting to sound more and more like their old selves not that they're back in Maryland. I think being so sick frightened them being so far from home and the family. So, they may never visit again but... Hey they're alive! Thanks to this place IMHO.
Hope business is good for you!

Still another testimonial to the CR. K [/b] Ken, It was a lot easier for me this time. I had quit for 18 years before I started again when I went through the divorce. I never really smoked a whole lot anyway. Maybe 2 or 3 a day. And there were times I would go weeks without a cigarette. It was really a no-brainer. Besides the boys aren't used to seeing me smoke and totally freaked when I started again. So, believe me, it wasn't too tough. I'm especially happy for Luke's Dad. He was a much heavier smoker than I and for him it had to be tough. Kudos! Luke's Dad!
