This was one of the choice contributions of Lazy Pianist, may he/she rest in peace in other Fora (and hopefully here as a lurker). Maybe we're especially ripe for this message now - as opposed to when it was first posted in June of last summer. How time flies! Is it even a joke anymore?

Gay Wedding Ettiquette

Come to think of it, LP DID live in California...

The good that we do dies with us, but the bad lives on forever.

Hey, don't try to pin anything on me, I agree with you all!!

Best I can conclude from all 737,000 posts on the subject, is:

Shantinik believes gay marriage is fine if they don't wear polyester, and something about don't cook meat and milk in the same pot. Makes perfect sense, I don't think it will be a problem. I don't know anything about the Second set of 10 commandments (a supplement?). That's 20, no way, I already screwed up some of the first set. Will we be graded on a curve??

Jolly believes gay marriage should be allowed when the sun don't shine.

Kluurs abstains, but is working on trying not to look lustful as he walks on the beach or thinks of Dr. Laura. . .

I disagree with Tom-*K, the earth is not the center of the universe -- my 16 yr. old daughter is.

Ariel is finally convinced the world is not flat so she is no longer a heretic and a madman. That's positive growth any way you look at it.

And me? I muster up the handful of brain cells left, fire 'em up as I read, and sometimes the only thing that I can think of that's inappropriately appropriate to JA is:

Oh. . .

Odd that you should mention that. Have you not also noticed that the analyses and opinions of all human beings over the age of 16 are of little or no value and consequence?
