There is a local contest which my husband entered and here are a couple pics of the the kitchen he built.





Special features are custom made pecan cabinetry, sparkling countertops, dichroic tile accents in the stone backsplash - they turn different colors and venetian plaster walls..

There is no prize.

Cool kitchen, apple. What's something like that go for. I've always heard kitchen renovations are outrageously expensive.

That job converted a garage... He had to build new doors, lay a subfloor, wire it, insulate it so it was a big job at 36,000.00 roughly, I think. Kept having to add features tho... so I'm not sure.

Stainless and granite really changes the look of any kitchen. My wife twisted my arm hard when we bought our old house. I resisted and resisted, but finally bent, and was pleased by the results.

That is such a steal I can hardly believe it!

It would be almost double that where I live.

Sweet kitchen!

We are doing some remodeling on our kitchen this year.

We are going with tile for the floor. I love wood floors and it was a tough decision to not go with wood.

actually - been going over the billing... and it was about 100,000.00 but it also included a front entry and door, redone bathroom, and mudroom so 36,000, it wasn't... probably 65,000.00.

Wish you were closer, I need a 2 story addition.
