Here is a quote from the current issue of The Economist, the conservative British magazine: "By any reasonable standard, the White House has a mind-boggling record of incompetence in Iraq, from the lack of post-war planning to the disgrace of Abu Ghraib." The article then goes on to compare Bush's description of Iraq to "Comical Ali" the Iraqi propaganda minister who said they were winning even as troops took Baghdad. Finally, the article goes on to explain that Kerry will probably lose despite the gross incompetence and illusion of the Bush admin, because he has not projected that he has any conviction and gut instinct on how to fight terrorism or face the dangerous world today. Look at page 44 of the current issue of The Economist.
