I don't know if I've posted this in this thread already... but this was a pic I drew a while back to prove that yes you can get a good size piano even though the place you have to live in is very small...

...and in this case I'd even venture to say that the piano by itself is more expensive than everything else (including the house/apartment itself AND the rest of its contents) combined!
The bed would be on top of the piano, and if I remember correctly the computer's LCD (or OLED) display would be built into the music rack. Also, although it's not drawn in this pic, but there would be a sliding/folding door (on a track) that could close between the piano and its bench, for when you need to use the piano bench for the intended purpose for which it was originally manufactured. Also not everything is exactly to scale.

I guess this could be one way someone could get a good concert grand on a budget? But now I'll have to make the house bigger to accommodate that NZ kid's 5.7 meter piano...

Does that have a foot pedal?
