Doh!

OK, this is a longshot, but I'll say Ballyhoo = Isaac.

Hearing no objection, I'm giving myself credit for Matthew. \:\) So we have:

Cindy, 2
MattG, 1
Wynnbear, 1

I think Isaac's been guessed before. Do I get any points for having the worst Guesses-to-Hits ratio?

Not Bruce, not Isaac. (Haven't you already guessed Isaac? I could be wrong.)

Goldberg,

Should you ever have a daughter, do *NOT* name her Cynthia. It's so . . . yuck. And the nickname Cindy has a certain bubble-head feel to it.

I'd prefer to be "Corinne."

Cindy -- who considered "Kyle" for her son, but didn't go with it because it's a bad fit with the last name

Frankly, I'd have preferred Winthrop to Matthew as a kid in the 60's. There were no Matthews out 'in the wild' back then. I still think it's incredibly odd that the name surged in popularity in recent years. Who'd have guessed?!?

I knew a rather unfavorable girl named Corinne once...but the name itself is nice, I have to agree. You really considered Kyle?? I'm honoured!

I think it's remarkable that no one's got my name, with the hint I gave before.

The two Corinnes I've known were both incredibly sassy and chafed under any sort of authority. Just anecdotal, mind you!

All right, then. Time to get tough, Ballyhoo.

These are the 10 most popular male names in Australia:

Joshua
Lachlan
Jack
Thomas
Ethan
James
Daniel
Nicholas
William
Benjamin

So, I think I'd remember had you signed your post with "Lachlan," so I'll go with "Thomas."

How am I supposed to get up in the morning if you guys are going to be so very entertaining?

Ballyhoo, what was the hint? That you've spilled the beans in previous posts?

:folds arms across chest:

I refuse to search. No. Uh-uh.

Ballyhoo = Daniel?

Not Thomas, Cindy. This has been a fun thread you started.

Goldberg, not Russell.

You're going a little too much for the shotgun effect, Cynthia! The committee will discuss this in depth after the games are over but before the prizes are awarded.

"Cynthia. Go away, loser." ;\)

Cute as a button?? ....*sigh*

Do you know...I've probably guessed 25 or 30 times now and not ONE of them has been correct! This is ridiculous!

Kyle, "cute as a button" beats "pug ugly" any day. Take your compliments when you get 'em. They will soon start dwindling rapidly. Trust me on this.... \:D

Why don't you give Tom--K a try. You could get a win under your belt if you act fast.
