Gads, don't remind me. Here I am, browsing the forum, when I should be making breakfast in bed, or something. Better go get some donuts. Happy Father's Day all you Dads out there! \:\) Jodi

Happy Father's Day to you, too, Rich! And to all of the other Piano World dads.

My husband received his Father's Day gift (the monkey flip flops) with equanimity. I told him that his other Father's Day gift was yet to arrive. For those of you who have read my previous posts, his real Father's Day present is: A PIANO! Did he ask any questions when I said he was getting another gift? Nope! Has he put two and two together--the Cunningham Piano brochure that I've left around, and my trip to Philadelphia to visit my velvet voiced piano. No. Now, granted, he KNOWS that my best friend lives in Philadelphia, and that I visit her frequently. Still, I thought I married a brainy guy . . .

So, what to do. I'll leave the Tanqueray and tonic on the doormat for him to drink when he arrives home tomorrow afternoon. He'll assume that I've done something bad again and that I'm trying to calm him down before he finds out what. And then, VOILA!
