Well, well, well! Pique uses the term "landfill piano" at least once in her story. I wonder where that came from? (Awesome book!)

Pique, congratulations on the fantastic review of your book in the New York Times! Do you realize that on the the very back page of your review was a review of a Condoleeza Rice biography with a cartoon of the Secretary of State playing...you guessed it...a grand piano! Condi at a grand

Perri, I wanted to congratulate you on your wonderful accomplishment - well done! And to tell you that your book was the *only* birthday present I asked for, and received. Now if I can just figure out how to get that autograph...

I'm confused I thought our writer's name was 'Perri'. Where does 'Pique' come from? Is it a nickname? Sorry if I've missed something obvious

Have you all read the Los Angeles Times today? Great article, and even better photos.

Perri,
I just finished reading your book. Thank you so much for having written it. Not only did it enlighten me on the whole subject and provide material for further personal research, it was so good that it kept me reading late at nights! Also, more crucial at this time, it helped me retain my sanity after having purchased my new piano that keeps sounding false to my ears. I will be patient and hope everything turns out like it did for you. Thanks again and I hope your book becomes a great success!
