If you are in the middle school group, don't go over 15 minutes or they might disqualify you. You have until March 1, 2007 to send in your application and recordings. Work on the pieces that you think you play best; also ask your teacher. I don't see a minimum time specified so whatever best you can play, I think between 10 and 15 minutes (total) should be fine. "Repertoire for the Competition may be solo or piano duo/four hand (one piano) literature" - you may want to scratch out the Mozart concerto.
