I recently acquired his CD performing a bunch of Rachmaninov transcriptions under the Marco Polo label. The CD has a Chinese title "Love's Sorrow". I've not heard him live. This is the very 1st CD that I've got a taste of this pianist's artistry. It might be pre-mature to say much however, I felt this sounds to me simply "another ran". I got this CD because I read in some newspaper of his life that touched me deeply. What co-incidence!
