Age: Minimum of 30 years. This competition is for those who do not earn their primary source of income from playing the piano or teaching

Repertoire: Free choice of repertoire, but pieces may not be repeated in subsequent rounds. Playing times for preliminary, semifinal and final rounds are 10, 20 and 30 minutes respectively.

Other details: The grand prize will be $2000 plus a recital opportunity in Boston. There will be prizes for the other finalists and special pizes for the best performance of a baroque/classical, modern, romantic work, and an audience prize. There will be a distinguished panel of judges. Social events including a reception before the competition begins and a dinner after the awards ceremony will be arranged. This will be our second competition following the higly succesful competition in August 2001. It promises to be a very enjoyable social and musical event.
