Hi there! My teacher just called me up today! She told me to mail out a video of me playing because I'm a finalist & they didn't get it yet!  We never got the e-mail from them but now the video is in the mail!  By the way, I entered the Pinault Int'l Piano Competition; hopefully I'll find out soon if I'm a winner!!

I hope you do win! I know that you played superbly! BTW what did you play? Is this competition for all ages split into different age groups?

Thanks everybody! The pieces I entered are these: Chopin's Etudes no. 10, op. 25 & no. 12, op. 10; Liszt's Campanella, and I also sent them the entire program of my last recital on CD. The video was of the same recital. And yes they did have age levels! I entered level C; I'm age 17. If I get 1st place, I will be able to go to the Weills Hall in Carnegie Hall for the recital!
