I'm patiently waiting for my turn in the spotlight, for my Big Moment. Nothing ever seems to happen to me. I don't get on TV. The comedian never picks me out of the audience. I don't win things. I live in utter obscurity.

I figure at most I've used 30 seconds of fame by being interviewed on local TV when Reagan died. And then they edited what I said and made me look a little out of touch. :sigh:

I was interviewed on a radio station in my home town when I was about...oh...seven.

Were those *my* 15 minutes? That was it?

I've had all of mine, and a lot of other people's, as well!

With the internet you can sustain 15 SECONDS of fame longer than what would seem reasonable in the past.

Which lead, 4 years later, to a good part on a TV movie. The casting director for the movie saw the interview which linked to my website. Weird.
