One would expect that "DCshoesGIRL" would absolutely love a new pair of DCshoes.... \:D

As for me, it's only the first night of Chanukah, but I just got this spiffy "Rhapsody in Blue" tie from my brother:

(and a recording of Verdi's "La Traviata", with Maria Callas)

Hmmm...my favorite present has to be the thin-screen TV my husband got for the family. We don't even watch TV all that much (the rule in my household is NO movies/TV at all during the week). Our primary form of recreation on weekend nights, though, is to rent a video (my husband and I are a wild and crazy couple), and the videos look GREAT on the new digital screen.

Either money (not very original, but always useful), or getting a letter accepting me for a job interview in January. (got that on Christmas Eve, so it could be called a 'Swedish' Christmas present)

Or getting a book from my mum that happened to be the same title SHE HERSELF bought me a month ago.
The present wasnt good, but it sure made me laugh!

I got a year's subscription to "International Piano". Probably the first subscription to a magazine that I have ever had. Guess I have to learn how to read now.......
