At night the full effect includes 2 fog machines, spooky music piped out in the yard, animated figures, the bat flies back and forth, the withches couldron boils, and more.

My daughter and I always work really hard on her costumes. Lately she's been a Broadway nut. Last year, she went as Mister Mistoffelees from "Cats." That wasn't too bad - this year, she wanted to go as "Rum Tum Tugger." It was a bit harder on the difficulty scale, but turned out pretty good -

Also, there is the situation of left over candy. Short of entering into back to back marathons, I figure I'm going to have to play the piano continously for the next two weeks to burn off the "one or two" Snickers bars that I ate this evening.

Well, at least I passed out the candy and made a big fuss out of all the little ones who came by shouting "trick-or-treat"!!

This years trick-or-treaters included a bumblebee, a pink poodle, an adorabale witch with very curly hair, a little girl who looked like she was riding her pony!! They were all so cute!!

Kokomo61... your daughter should win first prize for best costume!!

and Oldcars... definitely the pooch deserves a first prize in the K-9 contest!! So cute!!
